The server of Bangladesh Road Transport Authority which was damaged during last month’s quota reform protests has been restored.
The government entity issued a notice in this regard today (19 August), stating that services like renewing driving license, collecting fitness certificates of vehicles and other services can be availed now.
“So we request everyone to go to their nearby circle office to avail their required services,” the notice added.
During the quota reform movement last month, the BRTA servers in Banani and Mirpur were damaged in a fire during the quota reform protests.
Since then, all of the activities of this entity were suspended.
